MasonMade Ventures Appoints Jen Clough as Vice President of Strategic Growth

New York, NY (Nov. 10th, 2025)  – MasonMade Ventures, an operational holding company focused on building and scaling critical infrastructure businesses, today announced the appointment of Jen Clough as Vice President of Strategic Growth. Clough’s appointment marks a key step in MasonMade’s continued effort to align its portfolio companies under a unified growth strategy, expanding national reach and accelerating collaboration across brands.

 In her new executive leadership role, Clough will spearhead initiatives that drive expansive growth across MasonMade’s portfolio companies, strengthen national account relationships and foster collaboration between teams. She will also support business development leaders in identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing integrated solutions for the company’s national multi-site partners.

With over 25 years of experience in the multi-site facilities management industry, Clough has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, account management, and business development. Her career includes recently serving as Vice President of Key Account Growth at Rubicon Global (formerly RiverRoad Waste Solutions), where she led strategic sales initiatives for national waste, recycling, and sustainability programs. She has also held the role of Director of Business Development at FrontStreet Facility Solutions, where she expanded multi-site client partnerships and Regional Vice President of Business Development at Emcon Associates/Emma’s HVAC, where she was responsible for substantial year-over-year revenue growth.
